Board of Directors Meeting

Committee Members
Present: Louie Beaupre, Curt Corrigan,

Swim:
Tennis:
Curt Corrigan
discussed issues with Platform and Tennis court lighting. Appears to be some
ambiguity regarding foot candles and height. Curt will contact expert recommended by the
City. The issue will have to be
addressed citywide by 2018.
Curt Corrigan will
look into the cost of a new tennis ball machine. Current machine has been jammed and repaired
by Dale Mood.
Jon Goodman will
contact Sue Burke Foundation to see if they will use the Meadows Club for their
Fall fundraiser.
The Motherhouse
Tennis tournament will be September 26th.
General Business:
Wine
Tasting is scheduled for 7/21/07
A
member requested that the Club hold a Dog Swim after labor. The Board denied the request.
A
member requested that the Club hold a tennis event fundraiser for
Eisenhower. The Board determined that
more details are needed and the Club needs a policy/guidelines
regarding the use of Club facilities for fundraisers, events, etc.
