BALL MACHINE RENTAL
There are two methods for renting the tennis ball machine: seasonal unlimited
usage or timed usage.
Seasonal rental is a flat fee for either of two seasons. The
first season spans from opening
day (late May) to closing day (mid September) and the other season is from closing day to
opening day. The fee for seasonal rental is $50 for unlimited use. A key to
the shed on
court 8 is provided for the season. The usage is on a first come, first served
basis.
Timed usage is charged at $10/hour or $7/half hour.
Reservations may be made in the
Club's open season and during business hours on the day of the rental only, not the day
before.
A reminder of ball machine rules-- you MUST
be over 15 or accompanied by an adult.
Please reserve the court at front desk.

Racquet Stringing Get ready for the upcoming league and tournament season with some new strings. Racquet stringing will be available through the Club by Rocky Mountain Racquet Specialists. There will be a drop off and pick up service at the club with a 48 hour turnaround. Drop your racquet at the tennis office and pick it up there when it's done. It's quick and easy: save yourself the trip. Master racquet Technicians Steve Vorhaus and Josh Newton and the stringing staff have over 40 years of stringing and racquet maintenance experience. Court Times
Court times will remain as they were last year. A court will be reserved for
1.5 hour
blocks. It is imperative that you not sign-up for back-to-back court times.
This schedule should allow you to finish your match in the designated time period. The
court
reservation schedule is as follows:

7:00-8:30 AM 8:30-10:00 AM 10:00-11:30 AM 11:30-1:00PM
1:00-2:30 PM
2:30-4:00 PM 4:00-5:30 PM 5:30-7:00
PM 7:00-8:30 PM 8:30-10:00 PM
Courts 1&2 will be available for professional use at all times. You can
call the front
desk any morning however, and see if there are times during THAT DAY ONLY that
the courts are NOT being used by the pros. If there are openings, you will be able
to make reservations for that day. Courts 1&2 are not to be reserved for
USTA/CTA
league play at any time.
